We offer two levels of service, emergency 24hr or 2-3 working day repair. Emergency service carries additional charge. However, if you opt for the emergency service and it is delayed past 24hrs, then your service will be downgraded to the standard service cost.

We can accept payment by cash, cheque or internet bank transfer. All payments must be made upon completion of the job (inclusive of receiving cheque and bank transfer).

Most Laptop repairs carry a 3 month warranty. Check Terms and Conditions for full details. Q: How long will I have to be without my Laptop while its being repaired? A: Most repairs are carried out within 2-5 working days; some high level repairs such as liquid damage or parts required to be ordered from overseas can take longer, but we will advise upfront as much as we can. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. However, on some occasions our turnaround times can be extended due to a high level of repairs or parts availability. We do offer a "Fast Track" service which costs additionial but reasonable charge if you need your Computer Laptop, Notebook repaired faster than the standard lead time. Q: What is the procedure for sending my Laptop in for repair? A: The most direct is to call us and provide details over the phone. Or, you can also fill the the repair form on the website. Once we receive the unit we will attempt the repair. If the problem is more serious than expected we may need to contact you to advise you of a new price, and get your consesus to continue. If we repair your unit successfully then the agreed charges will prevailed. If we could not repair the unit, only minimum charge will be levied and return the item to you. You receive your fully working unit back, and tell all your friends about our great service! Q: Will I still have my warranty intact? A: Please note most Laptop and Notebook repairs not done by the manufacturer will usually void your warranty. However, our Computer Repair is always cheaper than going to the manufacturer. Q: What kind of parts do you use for repairs? A: Actually, many consumer do not know the Notebook or Desktop manufacturer do not manufacture most of the parts used in their computers. We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts. Q: Do I get a warranty? A: Depending on the parts, our Computer Repair carry a 1-3 month warranty except the following: liquid damage repair - 30 day warranty Console main board repairs - 30 day warranty Please check our Terms and Conditions for further details. Q: Will I get charged if you have quoted for a repair and I decide not to go ahead? A: Once we look at a unit we have a minimum charge which is to cover engineers' time and any parts used to attempt to repair the unit. Some repairs have a higher minimum charge due to the time we spend trying to fix the unit - e.g. liquid damage. Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all Cash and Cheque or online bank transfer via all the major banks in Singapore. Paypal carries additional charge to cover the transaction fee. Q: When do I pay for the repair? A: We'll start by inspecting the Laptop, if the fault is as you described on the quote system. If the repair is more serious than described, then we'll send you a requote by email, if the price is acceptable then we'll go ahead with the Repair or Replacement Q: What is this "minimum charge"? A: This charge covers our engineers' time to diagnose and attempt to repair the faults with your Laptop. The minimum charge becomes due when either: The Desktop or Laptop is "beyond economical repair" (BER) - this means it would be cheaper to buy a new Laptop than repair the damaged one We need to re-quote the repair and you refuse the re-quoted price. In most cases we will waive the minimum charge if you allow us to keep the unit for spare parts (i.e. we can recover our cost by using parts of your unit that still function to repair other units).
